Table Tennis Practice Notes: Serve, Footwork, and First Attack#

A short log from my table tennis sessions, keeping the notes practical and simple.

  • Build a high-arcing serve, then flatten it once rhythm is stable.
  • Focus on first foot step toward the ball direction before contact.
  • Start each rally with an opening routine: ready stance, contact cue, short recovery.
  • Shorten recovery distance on fast exchanges to keep the next shot cleaner.
  • Review one rally replay at a time and keep only one correction per session.

This page is just a working notebook, not a polished coaching guide. I keep it for myself as I iterate.
